What is a Psycho Lobster?
A Psycho Lobster (Psycho Locusta) is a very rare lobster-like species and until recently was considered a mythical creature. These cute little animals were discovered in a hidden cave system in the middle of Germany. The population is estimated at only 10,000 individuals. However, so far only very few dare to go to the surface. Meanwhile, the others are still hiding in the dark.
With their unique and colorful appearance, they serve as a symbol of tolerance and acceptance all over the world. Especially when dealing with mental illnesses and for people who do not feel accepted in society, the lobster sends a big signal. Any Psycho Lobster that dares to show up seeks publicity and speaks out against stigma.
The Psycho Lobster is attracting the attention of numerous researchers, so it’s only a matter of time before new details of this almost unexplored species emerge. We stay true to the topic and look forward to publishing more information about these fascinating animals.
Value of my Psycho Lobster
The first 500 NFTs are offered at a lower price so that the floor price can slowly rise. We started phase 1 with a floor of just 0.001 WETH and will end phase 2 at a floor of 0.01 WETH. The NFTs are listed regardless of their rarity. Exceptions are those with a legendary attribute.
In phase 3 you will notice a big change for the first time. The floor price will jump straight to 0.02 WETH and each new listing will be ranked based on its rarity. Your previously purchased Psycho Lobsters will increase in value depending on their classification.
For this I have developed a price matrix, from which you can read the minimum price for your NFT. The price depends on the number of rarest traits/attributes per NFT.
You can use this little tool to find out the minimum value of your NFTs.
Rarity
Psycho Lobsters are randomly generated and from 7 traits and 100 attributes. There are attributes that are more common than others and others that are very rare. This is used to calculate the rarity of an NFT. The most important thing is that the more rare attributes a Psycho Lobster has, the more valuable it will be.

My name is Chris, I am the founder and artist of the Lobsters Universe.
I’ve always been interested in all types of art and tried many things. But I also often inhibited myself because of my mental illness.
This is also the reason why I came into the NFT world. With my art I want to inspire others and make them think.
Since I am affected myself, I know the hurdles and problems in our society. That’s why I also want to give back to the mental health community. Additionally, a big dream of mine is to become independent and figure out what I really want to do in my life besides arts.
